The ReStore

This is a very successful concept that originated in Winnipeg, Manitoba. There are now dozens of ReStores across North America.

In Muskoka, our ReStore has been in operation since early 2006, occupying part of the former Alcan building near Bracebridge.

Here you can buy recycled building materials, appliances, furniture and much more at a very good price. This reduces the quantity of materials that might otherwise end up in our landfills.

Profits support the building of homes by Habitat for Humanity Muskoka.
